Spring cleaning suits a home or business that needs to be ready by a set date: Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, a year-end gathering, a family event or guests arriving. The checklist is built from your priority areas, the condition of the property and when the work must be finished.

For homes, that usually means living areas, bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, balconies and the rooms guests will see. For commercial premises, the focus is customer-facing areas, workspaces, pantries and washrooms that need to be ready before an event, a reopening or a busy period.

Festive dates in 2027

According to MOM’s public holidays for 2027:

• Chinese New Year: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February 2027, with Monday 8 February also a public holiday
• Hari Raya Puasa: Wednesday 10 March 2027
• Deepavali: Thursday 28 October 2027

If you want your home ready before Chinese New Year or another festival, message us early with your preferred date and the date the work must be finished by. We do not clean on Sundays.

Optional tasks

Cabinet and wardrobe interiors, appliance interiors, reachable windows and glass, balconies, and organising or decluttering can be added to the quote. List them before booking and send photos so we can plan enough time and manpower. Reachable windows and balconies are cleaned only where it is safe.

There is no festive surcharge, but the quote still depends on scope, size, condition, timing and manpower. Book early for festival and year-end periods; the date is confirmed once the scope and quote are agreed.
