Common areas we maintain

Our cleaners keep shared spaces clean and presentable for residents and visitors in residential and mixed-use developments: lobbies, lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, common toilets, clubhouses, function rooms, gyms, car parks and refuse areas. For dedicated condo gyms or fitness rooms, see also gym cleaning.

We do not offer full pool cleaning. Where suitable, our team can handle light poolside upkeep, such as netting leaves and floating debris, as part of general estate cleaning.

MCST contracts and tenders

MCST cleaning is regular cleaning, with contracts commonly running 1 to 2 years depending on the tender and scope. We quote against your tender documents after a site visit. Frequency, manpower and schedules are planned around the property layout, facilities, visitor traffic, tender requirements and what management expects. Cleaning methods are chosen for the surfaces, access and tasks agreed for your property.

KleanSG generally provides the cleaning supplies and equipment, and sends a replacement if the assigned cleaner is unavailable. Councils and managing agents can check our NEA cleaning business licence before shortlisting.

We need a site visit and the tender documents before preparing a quotation. When you contact us, include:

• Property type and location
• The common areas and facilities involved
• Cleaning frequency and manpower needed
• Tender documents and timeline
