When deep cleaning makes sense

Book a deep clean when a lived-in home needs more attention than routine cleaning: grease building up in the kitchen, residue in the bathrooms, dust in neglected corners, or a home that has not had a thorough clean in a long time. It is planned for a home that is lived in, with furniture and belongings in place. Homeowners, tenants and landlords all use it.

You can book a deep clean first to bring the home to a good baseline, then keep it there with regular home cleaning or a part-time cleaner.

Deep, spring or move-out cleaning?

Deep cleaning is led by the condition of the home. If you are getting ready for a festival or guests, spring cleaning is planned around your date instead. A unit being handed over at the end of a tenancy, or prepared for a new occupant, usually suits move-in and move-out cleaning. After renovation works, book post-renovation cleaning.

Offices and commercial spaces can also book a deep clean. The scope is agreed in the same way.
