If you suspect termites

Photograph the signs without breaking, scraping, spraying or removing them. Where possible, capture:

• mud-like tubes on walls, floors, skirting or timber
• discarded wings or groups of winged insects
• pellet-like material, powder or debris near timber
• hollow, soft or visibly damaged timber
• bubbling or cracked finishes near wooden areas
• a wider shot of the room, plus any other affected spots

These signs can have other causes, so photos do not confirm the termite type or extent. If timber or fittings look unstable, keep people away and get advice from a qualified building professional.

Assessment before treatment

A visible sign may not show the termite type, where the activity starts or how far it extends. Quote, follow-up and reports

Each job is quoted individually after the onsite inspection. The quotation states the treatment area, preparation, monitoring or follow-up, and limitations. Some packages run on fixed schedules; others are planned case by case. A programme is complete only when its documented completion criteria are met.

You receive a service report after every visit, recording findings, photos, treatment or station locations and next actions.
