How it works

  1. Send your property type, location, the pest or signs you have seen, the affected rooms and how often it happens, with photos if you have them.
  2. We review the details and arrange an appointment during working hours.
  3. The technician verifies the pest, activity level, harbourage and access, explains the approach and may start treatment on the first visit when the findings support it.
  4. You receive a service report. Any follow-up visits or monitoring depend on the infestation and treatment plan.

Children, pets and precautions

Tell us if children, pets or pregnancy-related concerns may affect access or treatment. The approach is chosen for the pest, the affected area and conditions onsite. Follow the separation, access and re-entry instructions given for your visit.

What to send for a quote

  • property type and general area
  • the pest or signs, and the rooms affected
  • when it started and how often it happens
  • whether children or pets are at home, and any access limits

Not sure what to photograph? Use our home pest photo checklist. Restaurants and food premises should see F&B pest control. If you need cleaning rather than pest treatment, see residential cleaning.

What customers say

“Great professional service… I was worry at first how the pest control could be done while I am overseas but they did a throughout onsite inspection and servicing, and then sent me back the details (with photos) via WhatsApp. They also did a follow-up chat with me to check if there is an infestation…”

“Great service! The point of contact was very patient and answered to all my queries. Did a very good job of exterminating the cockroaches in my house. They also applied chemicals to prevent further infestation. Will recommend to others!”

Common questions

Do I need to prepare my home before treatment?

Not for the first assessment. If the treatment needs access to a particular area, food put away, children or pets kept apart, or a wait before re-entry, we explain this before treatment begins.

Do I have to send photos?

No. Photos help with the first review, but a written description is enough to start an enquiry. The technician still verifies the pest onsite before work proceeds.

How is residential pest control priced?

Each job is quoted to its requirements. Send your property details, affected areas, pest signs and any photos for an initial review. The final scope and quote may depend on what the technician finds onsite.
