Post-renovation cleaning in Singapore

What it covers

Renovation leaves fine dust on surfaces, inside cabinets, along skirting, on floors and on everything people touch. Post-renovation cleaning, often called post reno cleaning, removes that dust and surface residue from accessible areas so the space is ready for move-in, handover, owner inspection or everyday use.

It suits HDB flats, condos and landed homes after renovation or minor improvement works, including a new BTO flat once the renovation is done and before you move in. Small commercial spaces can book it before handover. Homeowners, tenants, landlords, agents and small business operators book it once the renovation is complete.

Interior glass and mirrors are included, and reachable exterior-facing glass is cleaned where safe.

Before we arrive

Contractors must have finished their work, and the construction debris must be removed by you or your contractor, before the cleaning appointment. Our team then focuses on fine dust and the agreed surfaces.

Cement removal, paint removal, chemical washes and specialist restoration are outside the standard scope.
