Company registration (UEN)

What it is: KleanSG’s legal entity is a Singapore private limited company with Unique Entity Number (UEN) 202136711K. The name shown on our NEA documents is @KLEANSG SERVICES PTE. LTD.

How to check: search the UEN or company name on ACRA’s Bizfile portal, the official register of Singapore businesses, and confirm the name and UEN match the documents you receive from us.

NEA cleaning business licence

What it is: NEA Class 2 Cleaning Business Licence NEA250986/6711K/C2/R02, issued under section 80G of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987. The inspected certificate was issued on 26 December 2025 and expires on 18 April 2028.

What it proves: the named company holds this cleaning business licence for its validity period. It does not mean NEA endorses every service, guarantees a result or ranks KleanSG above another provider.

Vector control operator registration

What it is: registration as a Vector Control Operator (VCO), number VCO20220007, issued under the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998. The certificate expires on 10 February 2028.

What it proves: KleanSG is registered with NEA as a Vector Control Operator. It does not mean every treatment is “NEA approved”, that a premises will pass an SFA inspection, or that a pest problem will be permanently eliminated.

MOM Household Services Scheme (HSS)

What it is: KleanSG is on the Ministry of Manpower’s list of companies taking part in the Household Services Scheme. MOM points households that want part-time or temporary help with household chores, such as home cleaning, to the companies on this list.

What it is: KleanSG has been a member of raiSE, the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, since 2024, in its Leading Social Enterprise category.

How to check: see KleanSG’s entry in the raiSE members’ directory, listed as “@kleansg services” with UEN 202136711K.

Addresses and phone numbers

KleanSG uses two addresses for different purposes, and we label each by what it is for.

• Registered office and licence address: 11 Penaga Place #01-11, Singapore 757346. Government correspondence is received here, and it is the address shown on the NEA cleaning licence and VCO certificate.
• Customer-facing office: Suntec Tower 3, Level 42, 8 Temasek Boulevard, Singapore 038988. Visits are by appointment.

How to verify KleanSG

1. Match the company name and UEN 202136711K on the relevant document or official record.
2. For cleaning work, check licence NEA250986/6711K/C2/R02, Class 2, expiring 18 April 2028.
3. For vector-control work, check registration VCO20220007, expiring 10 February 2028, on NEA’s current list of Registered Vector Control Operators.
4. For part-time help at home, check that @KLEANSG SERVICES PTE. LTD. is on MOM’s current list of HSS companies.
5. Make sure your quotation states the service, location, scope, frequency, exclusions and price for your job.
6. If a record looks inconsistent or expired, contact KleanSG before going ahead.

A licence or registration proves identity and regulatory status for its validity period. It does not show how well a particular job was done, and it does not guarantee a result: what is promised for your job is set by the quotation, scope, site conditions, treatment plan and follow-up records.

For service quality, we point to evidence you can inspect yourself:

• genuine customer reviews on our Google Business Profile
• a sample F&B pest-control service report (PDF, one page): a privacy-safe sample reconstructed from a genuine February 2026 F&B report, with the client name and address removed. It records one routine visit. A comprehensive pest management survey is a separate service.

Customer names, logos, photos and case studies are published only after permission and privacy checks are recorded. We do not publish invented outcomes, made-up statistics or unapproved client logos.
